Membership Directory
The annual Membership Directory is used by over 1800 members and their staffs as both a networking list and a phone book, as well as a reference of members, committees, and the Board of Directors. Members keep this book nearby throughout the year and reference it often, giving advertisers excellent reach and exposure to phlebology specialists in several different specialties.

Digital Requirements:
All ads must be press-ready PDF files with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. All fonts should be included (no TrueType fonts). Pages must be created to include bleed when required. All required trapping should be done prior to creating the file. Include quality control patch (color bars) within maximum dimension of ad file. All marks (trim, bleed, center) should be included in all colors. All images must be converted to CMYK (no RGB or spot color) and all images must be 300 dpi or higher. We DO NOT accept files in any other format.

If file is larger than 3MB, please ship on a CD or DVD to the address in the Requirements and Standards section.
